I’m Yvette “Vett” Jett — a military veteran, professor, leadership strategist, and founder of Strategic Leadership Design & Coaching.

I’m passionate about helping women and leaders around the world design lives rooted in purpose, peace, and freedom. My work combines the discipline of my military background, the strategy of corporate leadership, and the heart of a teacher to help others grow into the best version of themselves — both personally and professionally.

Over the years, I’ve led teams in the military, guided professionals in corporate America, and now teach leadership and organizational behavior at the university level. Each chapter of my journey has shaped my approach: practical, empowering, and grounded in real-world experience.

Through Strategic Leadership Design & Coaching, I equip individuals and organizations with the tools to lead with confidence, communicate with clarity, and create balance in every season of life. I believe leadership is not about titles — it’s about transformation.

I also speak at global events like Exodus Summit, sharing insights on simple certifications that lead to remote work and financial independence. My mission is to help women see that they don’t have to choose between ambition and peace — they can have both.
